Capt. Naung Maw is a seasoned maritime expert and the driving force behind Thamasanda Upstream Consultant. In addition to leading Thamasanda, he currently serves as a Freelance Consultant for ABL, bringing extensive operational experience to the upstream offshore energy sector.
Established in Singapore in 2025, Capt. Naung Maw founded Thamasanda with a vision to provide “trusted maritime consultancy” that prioritizes safety, sustainability, and operational excellence. He specializes in OVID (Offshore Vessel Inspection Database) and CMID (Common Marine Inspection Document) inspections, serving as a critical partner to major global operators.
